Fiverr not saving messages properly / deleting them?

Hello there,

I bought some gigs the last week and had conversation for the products (overlays&logos) with the seller.

Depending on the situation I either replied to messages in the chat, under the gig or in the “request revision” chat. In all three of these I had messages dissappear. I just noticed this, went back to the chat and didn´t see any message or even the order being delivered although I requested a revision.
Any idea on why this is? I always wait appropriate time and the message “your message has been succesfully sent”…

It sounds like a bug, I suggest you contact customer support about this.
