Fiverr Notification Problem

Hi,
My Fiverr account is having a big problem.
I am not always getting any notification in Fiverr despite being online. And my computer does not have any sound. (Its not my Computer Fault…!!) As a result, my response rate is decreasing. And average response time are increasing. How can I get rid of this problem?
