I bought a gig and tried to input the order requirements (have tried 6-7 times now with both computers & ipads) and It just reloads the page still saying I need to input the order requirements. I tried to find some fiverr customer support but it seems that there is no way to contact them at all, what should i do?
Use the link to Customer Support in your own post or in mine. Submit a ticket. It’s right there on the upper right.
In my case my profile was not approved as submitted and I made the changes as required by the notification email. I have no accessibility to the link you mention here because my my page is not online yet. How do I tell anyone to activate my file online after doing what I was asked to do?
