Fiverr payment pay pending

hello, i’ve recently finished my first order, i tought fiverr keeps the money pending for 3 days but they’re saying (october 6th) so does that mean i’ll have to wait till the 6th of the next month to withdraw my money !

They keep it pending for 2 weeks, until you’re a top rated seller. Then they keep it pending for 1 week. I have no idea why you thought it would be 3 days.

Suggest you carefully read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.

Everything is explained there in great detail.

They keep it pending for 2 weeks, until you’re a top rated seller. Then they keep it pending for 1 week. I have no idea why you thought it would be 3 days.

i just thought since they said that the client’s order will be marked complete within 3 days ! anyway thanks for the insight !

Yes, the order is marked as complete after 3 days. This means that within those 3 days, the buyer can cancel the order or ask you to change things. Once it is complete (in 3 days), the job is closed/finished and the buyer can’t ask for changes, and the payment is transferred to your account (in pending status). Then, after the 2 weeks, the payment is able to be withdrawn.
