Fiverr Pro just disappeared

I was in the middle of a big project. And it seemed to be going well.

Two thirds of the payment was made up front.

That said, I haven’t received anything that I paid for yet and only seen a small portion of what was apparently completed.

But when I logged in to Fiverr today to chat with the Fiverr Pro about how the project is going…

Poof.

They’re just… gone. From one day to the next.

I now have no way of contacting them. And I’ve searched for a way to contact Fiverr support, but honestly they’ve hid it pretty well.

I’m new to Fiverr. Is this common? Even with Pros?

I’m really at a loss.
