Fiverr promoted gigs not working anymore

I was offered a feature to promote my gigs few days after I was promoted to level 1. few days ago i had to cancel an order from a business client and 7 days after that Fiverr took back that feature from me stating the gigs don’t qualify for promotion and all my gigs are on last pages now. I contacted support team but they told me they don’t deal with promoted gigs. Can someone please help me out here. I am quite worried about this.
