Fiverr response rate Issue

I got a message on my spam box and I have replied to the client now my response rate is showing around 6days how can I fix this issue experts help me.


Fiverr tracks time from when the First message between a customer and you is sent and when you respond. After that, it is not tracked.

A flaw in the system is Spam. Leaving the spam means the counter keeps going, even tho it is kinda not your fault as it is not a real customer.

What you need to do is respond asap (you can tell them that they are SAPM) and then report them.

Nothing to do now. Try to check spam box daily. And after reply fast some clients your response rate will get back
