Can anyone tell me about charges for Fiverr revenue card. Are they take 29$ as annual maintenance fee?

I don’t know anything about the FRC, other than that I was advised not to use it.

No. There is no any annual charges. It will charge $3 for immediate load and $1 for standard load. $5 for card activation. I think its the best option.
