I am looking some information about FIVERR REVENUE CARD. please help me to answer the question below.

1. How much USD I have to need for order the card? payonerr says 100$ need for order new card in Bangladesh.

2. What kind of documents Have to need for verification?

3. Is my fiverr account name and payoneer card need to be same name?

Why do you need the card in the first place? It’s cheaper to withdraw to your bank account, and payoneer can send it directly to your account.
