Fiverr revenue card status

Hi, I selected “Fiverr Revenue Card” option for my withdrawal on 25th of july. Fiverr then sent me a link to my email to confirm and then that link directed me to a page that said “Your application is under review and will send email when it is shipped.”

Today is August 1st I still haven’t received any kind of email confrimation about my fiverr revenue card (mastercard).
