Fiverr Revenye withdrawal

Hi, I am having a pretty bad experience with my first withdrawals from my fiverr revenue card. After I attached my payoneer to Fiverr. I clicked on Fiverr Revenue Card in the revenue section of Fiverr.
It said, that the process is almost complete and I will get an email for confirmation. I kept waiting for the email but it didn’t come.
I had activated the immediate transfer option as well, so the money should have been there in 2 hours.

But as it stands, I didn’t get any confirmation email and my money is also gone from my fiverr available funds. I don’t know where the money is right now.

Can somebody please help?
