I just didn’t understand what do you mean.!!
You only see reviews if your buyer leaves one.
If a buyer places an order, it should appear on your dashboard. If a buyer contacts you through your inbox and does not place and order and you then do the work and deliver it through the inbox you will get neither a review or money for doing the order.
