Fiverr seller should do something

Hello, recently I lost level 1 & 2 batches, the main reason is that the client doesn’t knock me on inbox. they just place an order and move on without provide any brief. While I was knocking them for brief but they didn’t give me any feedback or anything.

another type of client recently brothering, which type of client actually doesn’t know what they want. Sometimes they want this sometimes they want that.

Sellers always afraid of getting cancelation rates. I think this should be changed for certain people like level 2 seller. Mutual cancelation shouldn’t bother the order completion rate.
I hope, whoever will read this can add something.
