Fiverr Slump Help?

Hey Guys, So basically I joined a while ago and was doing ok, but due to some personal issues I had to stop using fiverr for a while. Have to say, I feel a little out of practice and am having some trouble getting back “in the saddle” as it were. Long story short I’m looking for any help/advice you could offer me to help spruce up my gigs? I just feel like I’m lacking exposure or…something? anyway any help would be appreciated, here are the gigs for reference.

I would consider making a new account. With 80% rating you’re going to be restricted in what you can do.

I’m also confused, and not enthused, by your gig pictures. Are you going to do them on paper then photograph them? or send them physically? Or were you just lazy when you set up your gigs?

you should have much more engaging art, and digital version, and in colour probably too. Then look at other gigs that offer $5 outline, $25 colour etc. Look at other’s gig descriptions and offerings in your area and look for ideas. DO NOT COPY THEM!

I mildly disconcur with my colleague from the land of the Orcs and the Hobbits, in that technically you are on pace to achieve Level 1, if you can convince people to buy a total of 10 gigs from you. Maybe you have 4 sales at this point, maybe you have 9. Who knows.

So while it might not be necessary for you to close this account and get advice from Fiverr Support on the proper steps to create a new account, I strongly agree with her overall sentiment that you need to make a commitment to improve your performance on Fiverr, or you are not going to achieve anything worthwhile on this site.

Your focus for now should not be on selling on Fiverr, but on preparing on how to sell on Fiverr.

In my opinion, you should delete your Pokemon gig because it probably violates the Fiverr Terms of Service.

I also believe you should delete the Furry gig because it has the 1-star review.

You should delete the Comic or Manga style character gig and the avatar gig because you don’t seem to be trying here. (See capitalquality’s notes.)

You should delete the 1000 word short story on anything gig because the way you worded this gig title makes no sense.

After you’ve deleted all these gigs, take the time to seriously study Fiverr and build new gigs that demonstrate that you are serious about freelancing.

Your profile image: You have chosen to use pen clipart that you pulled from the web. This is a bad sign. I suggest you use a color photo of your smiling face.
Your log line: This is a slogan that appears below your user name. You don’t have one. You should get one, hopefully not one you copied and pasted from the internet.
Your profile text – note the edits:

All your gigs should have video, 3 images, 2 pdfs, and so on…

Make a video of yourself talking to the camera, because this approach garners IMMEDIATE RESULTS. Include additional samples in the video!

As a general rule, when I have time to participate in the Fiverr Forum and I notice a request like yours in the “Improve My Gig” section, I am willing and able to look at a Seller’s Profile and one gig one time.

I can give you a better level of assistance if you first work your way through the checklist below. That way, I won’t waste your one turn by advising you to follow items on the checklist. Please study this thread to better appreciate what I’m talking about here. It should take you a minimum of 4 weeks to make your way through all the material.

If you haven’t already read Strengths Finder 2.0 and taken that assessment, I suggest you do so, because it should give you the language to express your strengths and help you to brainstorm some gigs for which you are especially well qualified. Check out the writing of Chris Guillebeau and Tim Ferriss. By Josh Kaufman, I recommend The First 20 Hours: How to Learn Anything… Fast!
and The Personal MBA. Also, you could read Influence by Robert Cialdini and Get Anyone to Do Anything by David J. Lieberman.
