I usually buy 2-5 gigs a week. But since February 6 I have received no emailed invoices after purchasing a gig. Usually my invoices are emailed to me as a PDF by Fiverr 3-5 hours after I pay. I checked my spam and also my IMAP server logs, but no emails with invoices have been received in the past week. Any idea why?

That email is typically used when it’s impossible to send them a ticket.
