Fiverr support adult gig or adult product gig?

from the Terms of Service:

Gigs may be removed by Fiverr for violations to (the) Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:

• Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene

• Gigs that are removed for violations mentioned above, may result in the suspension of the seller’s account.

• Gigs that are removed for violations are not eligible to be restored or edited.

Examples of third-party services are Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Ebay, Amazon. As a general rule you can’t sell followers or things like “positive reviews”.

I wish to start doing gigs on Fiverr. My concern here is I plan to do adult gigs. Not porn but at least sexy illustrations. Do you have any links? Because I’m trying to look for one to know where the boundary is.

I’m seeing many nsfw written in title of gigs. Is it allowed. If possible can I draw artistic nude ?

The rules differ by media and they’re not very well explained in the ToS, but this is what most of us has gathered after contacting CS and reading around:

• Written/audio: can be erotic but nothing over vanilla that makes it go into really explicit/fetish territory.
• Graphics: pin-up is okay and anything over it isn’t. Anything with nipples out, more suggestive or nude that isn’t a work of classic art/medicinal anatomy is very much not allowed.

P.S.: gigs that go “I will draw hentai” or “I do NSFW art” do not last long. Yes, some have reviews, but those rules can be enforced, and a ban is permanent.
