Fiverr support cancelled the order and my order completion rate dropped

A buyer ordered my gig and the order was canceled as I thought that the buyer’s account was disabled for whatever reason(s) known best to Fiverr CS.

The painful part of this is that my order completion dropped from 100% to 98% (As I haven’t an order canceled in the past 3 months).

I guess Fiverr should have a workaround this as sellers shouldn’t be punished for buyer’s errors.

It’s big panic for the sellers! I canceled one time but response rate is going decrease day by day! It’s a myth from fiverr.
