While trying to create a new CS ticket, I saw the entire Support site had been redesigned Now it’s a tad harder to create a ticket, requiring more clicks - maybe it’s on purpose to decrease the amount of tickets?
Actually, I reckon not many knew about the helpful articles on the Support site, as most went there to just create a ticket, so the new design promotes the helpful articles and will likely decrease tickets naturally
We now get two options: Seller or Buyer help center at the top:
Based on that, we’ll see a big list of common helpful topics:
And we have to scroll all the way down to find the “Contact” button, which leads to the old CS ticket form no matter what option (buyer or seller) we’ve chosen previously:

the Academy page has been taken down, and all the articles have been merged into the new Support site.

the Customer Support system seems to have been moved back to Zendesk just like in Fiverr’s early days ( https://fiverr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new )
