Fiverr Support is not active?

I see that the fiverr support is not responding to any messages. I faced several problems with the buyers and some people cheated me after delivering the work. I tried to contact fiverr several times, they are not repsonding in anyway. The messages posted are now 14 days ago. Please anyone having a similar experience or the fiverr is always like this? i dont know.

They are active but backed up with support tickets. Nothing we can do about it but wait patiently.

In addition to what @ssj1236 said, if you send several tickets about the same issue, you’re just slowing things down (for everyone, not just yourself).
