Fiverr support issues

Hi there,please I have been sending several complaints to fiverr support for the past one month
I have sent 4 different messages to them and non was even issues a ticket,I didnt get any reply or anything…Please I’ll be glad if this can be addressed
…I am a level 2 seller,I believe fiverr support should make me a priority when it comes to their feedbacks

So it showed that request submitted but it didn’t create a ticket? is that what you are saying?

I didnt recieve any mail after I sent it…No mail submission confirmation…

did you open your zendesk/help center account to check if you have a ticket open?

I didn’t, I normally get a ticket few minutes after submitting a complaint
