Fiverr Support just removed my explanation as to why they were wrong, and ended my ticket

An order of mine got canceled by Fiverr support, costing me a ton of money, and leaving the buyer with a free product. I contacted support, they answered with some seemingly automated messages. I replied with an exact explanation of what happened, with prove that they were wrong. I waited a week for a reply, and instead they removed my reply and ended the ticket.



What can I do about this, as they obviously do not want to resolve my ticket?
