FIVERR Support SHOULD CONSIDER SELLERS IN SOME WAYS

Hello people
A buyer messaged me asking if i can do his school assignments. I immediately responded to his message where i said that i don’t offer help for assignments.

DESPITE RESPONDING TO HIS MESSAGE, HE WENT ON AND PLACED THE ORDER

Given that i don’t do school assignments, i requested for mutual cancellation few minutes after he placed the order. He then responded to my message saying that he will find another seller, BUT HE DIDN’T RESPOND TO MY CANCELLATION REQUEST

After 24 hours the order was cancelled automatically by fiverr leaving my gig with 9% cancellation. I have been working very very hard day and night to make sure that i have avoided cancellation rate at all cost. Now is this my fault? I REQUESTED MUTUAL CANCELLATION few minutes after the order was placed but the buyer didn’t respond leaving me with a cancellation rate.
I contacted Fiverr Support requesting them to remove the cancellation rate but i have not got any answer from them… IS THIS MY FAULT? Sincerely speaking

Unfortunately, i have got a message from FIVERR Support where they have said that that’s how the system works

Did it affect your gig rating?

After you did a mutual cancelation the buyer cant rate and this do not affect your gig rating!

I am told by customer support it does not affect your ranking or anything no matter what your cancellation rate is, which is contrary to what I had heard before. So it’s a mystery.
