So basically, I completed someone’s Gig, provided the evidence with appropriate screenshots, and i even done 2 gigs in 1 gig as they were a returning customer! I did exactly what my gig said in the tin and proved it however they said i completed the gig “wrong” sort of thing and left negative feedback



anyway i contact fiver support last night about this scenario giving them all the relevant information, and told them too look through the gig description and title and look at the results i sent in.



I woke up this morning to find a reply that the feedback was removed as the buyer was in the wrong!



Thankyou Fiverr team for working so fast!!



Anyone else got stories like this?

Yeap, Customer Support is really good.

I got a negative feedback too and I am working on that.

CS said that I have to contact the buyer at least 12-24 hours for 3-5 days and if the buyer is not responding then MAYBE they can remove the feedback.

There is some hope for me too.
