Fiverr support ticket issue

A buyer accidentally ordered on my basic package and was asking for premium service, but his budget was very low, so i submitted a support ticket for cancellation of order,and i expanded the delivery date by asking my customer. But it has been about 23 days but fiverr didn’t cancelled the order yet. What can I do?

Check the ticket is still open and has been assigned to an agent.

You can then try sending an email to with the ticket number in the subject line and a request to give it some attention. This sometimes works.

Or you can just cancel by mutual agreement. Probably quicker …
