For some reason that my payment had been kept as required by Paypal. I have addressed them and get the message from the system that the problem has been resolved. But it’s bad, my money is not refunded, instead my account was negative $ 25. I tried to contact the support system, but instead my problem is not resolved, but I get silence from support systems. They do not want to answer me. Did they want my money appropriated. I spent a lot of time to wait for settlement but all is silent.

Yes,very bad.They have not solved my problem and even did not reply to me though I have sent them 5 letters about my problem!!!Ty just ignore the problem and label it as solved.
