Fiverr support

Hi everybody. I want to contact with fiverr support. Why is fiverr support never do anything ? When i write in the email, Fiverr support never answers. Why do the seller can do what he wants? When do I buy the gig, of course I have the questions, I write it to the seller, but the seller of course does not answer me, he get my money, and fiverr support of couse does not help, why ??? Why is Fiverr support here, fiverr support is never do anything? fiverr support do nothing.

That’s right kangal9, open a support ticket. I have had several issues and queries in my “Fiverr career” and ALWAYS had a rapid and helpful response. L-)
