I have a technical bug on my dashboard, have been contacting the support repeatedly without any success. First, they didn’t understand the issue, then, they stop communicating without solving the issue.
It isn’t the first time i couldn’t get a proper help from the support team, they answer once and then they just disaappear without solving anything. Or even better: “Thank you for letting us know about the issue, we will look into it and get back to you asap” - and, of course, they never did.
I was wondering if it’s just me or it is a common pattern.
I’m a Level 2 seller, so supposedly i have a priority support. Can’t even imagine what kind of support 1 levels get:((
p.s. a few months ago the support was excellent, it became really frustrating last 2 -3 months.
