Fiverr support don’t answering me on requests, what to do?
Check back with Customer Support this morning I am sure that they have responded to your inquiry. Also make sure you check your spam/junk folders in your email system. Good luck to you with your gig(s)
Be patient. They will answer.
There has been an over-load of requests recently, so CS is slower than usual. Just hang in tight and they will sort out your request.
And be sure to thoroughly read every email you get from Fiverr, not just the ones that are obviously related to your request. I once had to find their reply in the middle of the follow-up email they sent asking for customer support feedback. I never received the actual initial response email.
