Fiverr telling me my profile picture is not original

ive been sent this notification yesterday , informing me that fiverr has noticed my profile picture isnt original and are asking me to change it . this is absolutely false , my profile picture was made by me , i have a facebook page and a twitter account with the same user name and image , i made this myself before joining fiverr . what am i supposed to do now , this is my brand image .
