Fiverr Temporarily Disabled Acoount Due To ID Verification

Hello everyone, I’m having trouble here with my account being disabled after 3 attempts verifying my ID, it is instantly rejected ( I think they are using AI ). I already contacted CS and Fiverr support and waiting for their reply, meanwhile is there anything I can do, has anyone gone through this before could you advice me what I can do.

I already explained the situation to CS before I upload my document on the last attempt and I follow the exact procedure they suggested and still got rejected INSTANTLY, like in few seconds. I hope someone might help me here. Thanks
