Fiverr Withdrawal Issues

I’ve initiated the process to withdraw my earnings and I entered the code, this was approximately a month ago. To date I have not received the email. I have written to customer support and did not get much help. What do i do? I’ve clicked every withdrawal method and can’t get any emails as to how to proceed.
