Fiverr withdrawal to payoneer

I made withdrawal in august 9 but still my payoneer account balance is similar. Is there anyone who has the same issue before?

Hi Birhannega,

I think this is unusual.

One thing you should check is whether in the USD Balance section which option is selected.
Try changing that with the other cards and may be your balance may appear.

If this doesn’t solve your problem; ask Payoneer Customer Support on immediate basis by showing them the email that you received when you made a withdraw.
