Fiverr won't let me deliver my order!

So I have an order that is due in few hours and the buyer really, REALLY needs it as soon as possible, but when tried to deliver it, it didn’t mark it as delivered and instead posted a following message: “Your message was flagged for review by our Trust and Safety team, due to possible Terms of Service violation. This process may take up to 24 hours.
In the meantime, your message is not visible to . Your patience is appreciated.” and the counter keeps running! What am I supposed to do? Please help me, I’m tired, my head is spinning and the buyer is still waiting for the delivery and I have no idea what to do with this…

To wait… nothing else.
Your message has been flagged for review, and mostly it won’t take 24h, they control it in less than that and let you know.
If you use words that would trigger the message control, then avoid doing that.
Words like “pay”, “email”, “outside contact”, or even writting “@” would trigger that control.
It doesn’t have to be you who writes that, it can also be your buyer, and then Fiverr will mostly control your answer.
Be patient, if you didn’t do anything wrong you’re good to go on.

Okay it’s good now, sorry for freaking out but I was really tired and not being able to deliver that very important order was a little too much for me, but now everything’s fine.

Next time it happens you can try writing a different message avoiding any risky wording that might be flagged, or just letting your buyer know what’s happening.
