Fix the Fiverr inbox bug

Hello, good people hope you are well and doing great.
Does anyone face this issue like me?
"The inbox messages instantly not comes with accordingly. It appears correctly after I refresh the browser. You know, it’s quite impossible and time wasted to refresh the browser every time after getting a single message when chatting with a client. "

I have cleared my computer’s browser cache and checked with a different computer. But still, the issue is happening.

Does anybody know this error solution?

I’ve not seen that happen. Try using Chrome i you’re not already as it probably works better with that. Apart from that, if you’re still having the issue you could contact CS through the help desk. Maybe they’re getting the time from 2 different places/servers (like if it was based on where the seller was) and one’s slightly out?
