Follow Up- Is My Buyer Money Automatically Returned?

I ordered a gig and the freelancer has failed to deliver. I saw the message that says if they didn’t deliver in 24 hours, I will be able to cancel. Will a cancel button automatically come up when the 24 hours is up (because I think the 24 hours is up and not seeing anything) or will I have to use the resolve now button? Thanks much.
