There have been many forum posts where sellers have got a warning for discussing a review.
It is up to a buyer as to whether they wish to leave a review or not.
Just leave your buyer alone and move on.
I am just concerned about “the satisfaction of my client.” So, it is wrong to ask him about changes and improvements after the final delivery?
I am sure your client will get back to you if they are not satisfied and want changes.
