Domanda per gli italiani. C’è qualcuno qui che usa Fiverr senza avere la partita IVA? Se sì, come fate a emettere ricevuta per prestazione occasionale?

Question for Italians. Is there anybody here who doesn’t have a VAT? If so, how do you declare your income?

Ciao, peccato che nessuno abbia risposto, è una domanda a cui anch’io sto cercando risposta da tempo!!!
Credo che nel caso non si abbia la partita IVA, bisognerebbe mettere almeno il codice fiscale, ma poi l’iter per dichiarare quale sarebbe?

Il tutto è molto poco chiaro, personalmente ho cercato ovunque senza successo… speriamo che qualcuno qui sappia dirci di più prima o poi.

It is still unspecified. What she wants to know (as do I) is how to release a 'ritenuta d'acconto' (a withholding tax document that is an alternative to VAT in Italy) to a customer. On the site, it is written how invoces work, but nothing about this cavil. I really hope that anyone can answer to this question and solve my doubts (I don't know if the woman of the question has just fixed).

Hi Maria. I have partita IVA and pay taxes on it by issuing invoice to Fiverr (fattura). 

For ricevuta per prestazione occasionale I am not sure about the process but there is a Facebook group Fiverr Italia which is very active and many will be able to tell you.

I'm also from EU and I'm documenting my income by issuing invoices to Fiverr International Ltd company details. Fiverr doesn't have to receive them (at least by my country's laws).

I'm a VAT payer, but in Poland, it's not necessary for invoice issuing.
