Does anybody know how the paiement works for a euro bank account ?

I withdraw from Fiverr to PayPal and then have $ in my PayPal account, that takes literally a minute.
When I withdraw from PayPal to my bank account, Paypal exchanges the $ to € (and there go another 2.5% for fees) and I’ll have the € in my bank account in 1-2 days usually, longest up to now was 3 or 4 days, I think (PayPal says it depends on your bank, how long it takes).
