Four "ordered by mistake" in one week -- buyers unable to add extras to an order so they order the same gig twice, then need to cancel the first one

So once again someone has placed orders for two identical gigs, because they could not go back and add extras to the first order.

This has happened with four orders in the past week since people decide to add extras and it won’t let them, so they place a second order that includes the extras.

I hope this gets fixed soon.

Apparently they need to use a computer to use the resolution center to request the cancellation, making it even more difficult for some of the buyers this happens to.
