Fraud in a gig marked complete

I raised this concern with Fiverr 3 days ago and status is still “Awaiting assignment”. Its regarding a gig I marked complete but now the facebook likes I had ordered are gone and its more like a fraud. I did attach proof with my case at zendesk. Problem is, I have to deliver likes for the client anyway, so going to buy from elsewhere. And when they check, it will be back to exact count the other seller had delivered. How do I make Fiverr team respond? Is there a number to call on?
