Fraudulent Clients

Buyers place orders, get high-quality work, leave 5-star reviews, and few weeks later, The customer support cancel them. This has happened to me for the 7th time. I asked Fiverr support about the issues, and they replied:

“Thank you for contacting us regarding this. The transactions referred to were canceled due to alerts from our security department. Alerts can result from a chargeback of the payment by the buyer, an alert from our payment vendor, or an alert from other users within our network of suspicious buyer activity. In such cases, we may be required to cancel a transaction or put it on hold for your own protection (for example, a stolen credit card or other fraud activities). This is part of the service we provide to maintain a safe environment for our users.”

This is very sad because I delivered high-quality work and the unscrupulous buyers or clients do fraud for $5 or $10, pouring water on sellers painstaking diligence. I am disappointed 😑
