Funds cleared but doesn't reflect on balance!

Some of the funds in my account was cleared but it does not appear in my personal balance, one was cleared as long as the last month but still doesn’t show in my account balance. I haven’t made any withdrawals or purchases. Reached out to Fiverr support and got an odd answer which I don’t really know what to make of? The last withdrawal I made was in Jan 22nd and since then the cleared funds haven’t appeared on my personal balance.
