Funds not cleared even after 14 days

So this is new to me. It’s been the exact 16th day since the order completion but the funds are not cleared for the order completed on October 9 (16 days ago). I can see the order completed on October 10 (proper 14 days) was cleared but not that one order. I have never faced such issues previously. Do I need to contact the support for this or just have to wait? what’s your suggestion guys. Thanks.
