Funds Transfer issue with a restricted account

I am continuously contacting Fiverr CS regarding funds transfer to Payoneer account. It’s been 96 plus hours initiated transfer but everything is the same. My profile is new. I have earned $96 and my account put on hold for some reason. Is there a way to get the funds that I have earned so far?

I am here to ask further suggestions

Go to customer support, we don’t know the answer.

Also, if the account is restricted, it’s easy to assume that you can’t withdraw yet. But as I said, it’s just an assumption, go to customer support.

Just send one ticket by the way. Continually harassing customer support people to reply will just end up making you wait more. Patience!

Thanks for your kind response. I am a top rated seller on Upwork , Here I initiated a profile to uplift my expertise and expand my business. Things are quite different, I can’t see sellers protection and reliable customer support. Queries may help to raise your voice against the automated teller machine. :slight_smile:
