Funds transfer issue

Hello.
I’m new to fiverr and This is the first time I withdrew a small amount of $20 just to check how transfers work and now that it’s been more than 2 weeks i still haven’t received any money in my bank account even though my paypal account is linked to my bank account and to fiverr as well. I really don’t understand what I should do now please somebody help me out 😦

@rohmaansari,I am facing same problem first time, kindly contact customer support, they can solve this problem
