Funds Transfer to expired Payoneer Card Instead of Activated Card

Hi mates, i was having an expired card first fund were tranfer to expired payoneer card and they deducted $30 to order new 1. i got Card today and activated but when i withdraw my funds from fiverr to payoneer they gone to expired card. Any solution you guys can give ?
