General TOS violation!

Hello There, its been a week I got 2 warning from Fiverr. I did some keywords mistake that I don’t even know, I made Disneyplus logo when I put my keywords only Disney plus, I did that 2 times and 2 times I got General TOS violation, and what happens if I got 3rd time warning?

It’s simple. Disney is a trademark and you have no right to use the name.

Do you really think a major global brand like Disney is going to want some random individual on a marketplace like Fiverr using their brandname to sell his gig? Of course not.

Fiverr don’t want brands like Disney knocking on their door asking why they are allowing people to illegally trade off their brand name. Fiverr could face legal action if they allowed this.
