Getting an order after a bad review

Hello everyone.

Once I wrote a post here about a buyer who gave me a bad 1 star rating because I rejected to give him the Standard package for free when he bought the Basic package. It’s been around a month now. And I’m not getting any orders. Not even a single message from a buyer.

Would you like to share your experiences like this and how you got through it ?.
