For long days, I did not get any buyer request because of under rating 4.5. But it’s miracle today I viewed 6(six) buyer request at a time. How is it possible? I am not sure when fiverr did not allowed buyer request minimum rating 4.7 then I did not any response. Please expert help me is it right time to answer buyer request or any negative impact carried this type buyer request.

90% positive rating is 4.5.

But fiverr says maintain a 4.7 star rating, over the course of 60 days
That has to do with the levels in your Analytics.
If you have got Buyer Requests showing you can respond to them.
