Getting message after 10 min in Fiverr APP

Sometime I use fiverr App when I am outside! But the problem is sometimes I get messages delayed or I am not notified! How to fix this? Anybody have some ideas?

It’s a common issue. You can fix it from your phone setting. You can Check and setup your battery saving mode.
